airlines at the forefront of product and service delivery Quality achievement. This prestigious ranking honours those airlines which are delivering
consistent and inspired 5-Star service to their customers.
A 5-Star Airline ranking demonstrates the highest standard of Product and Service Delivery Quality, based upon more than
800 assessment categories, across both the Onboard and Airport environments.
There are some airlines with excellent Premium product and service standards - others with higher quality Economy cabin standards, but these do not
necessarily all deliver a straight set of 5-Star rankings. Skytrax are focussed upon achieving a balanced analysis that reflects the airline as a whole.
There are airlines where every single product level may not always reach 5-Star status, but their staff service quality is at
or above the 5-Star level. It is by taking a
